– Digital programs: non-refundable except duplicate payments or technical issues.
– Live sessions: 100% refund (7+ days), 50% refund (3–6 days), no refund (0–2 days).
– Subscriptions: refunds only for duplicate or technical issues.
– Coaching: 48-hour cancellation before first session.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
User must provide 24 hours notice. No-shows are marked completed.

5. Refund Processing
7–10 business days for bank/UPI.

6. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind, partial use, missed sessions.
